About SSD FOODS

SSD FOODS is a dynamic cloud kitchen with four established brands: ZingBox, Sigri Raja, Snack-D, and Bhojan. We are expanding our team and looking for a passionate and skilled Assistant Chef to join us in delivering high-quality meals to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Prepare ingredients and manage the cooking process for various dishes.
Ensure food is prepared in a timely and consistent manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
Assist in menu planning and development.
Handle kitchen equipment and tools safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Cook or Assistant Chef in a professional kitchen.
Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Passion for cooking and a willingness to learn.
